Q: I've signed up for your free drum samples package but have never received anything?
A: After entering your email address on the homepage to receive your free drum samples package you will receive an email asking you to confirm your interest first.
You should have received an email with your download link within 15 minutes after you've confirmed your email address. It might have gotten stuck in your spam / junk / promotional folder though. Please check there and if not please contact us using the contact form.
Q: I cannot open your free drum samples package after I've downloaded it?
A: You will need to extract the .zip file first before you can access the individual .Wav files. Any of these free file extraction programs will work perfectly:
WinRar (Windows) or UnRarX (Mac).

Q: I have bought your product but did not get my download link email?
A: Your download link email has been sent to the associated PayPal email address, that might be a different email address than your regular one. Please check there, apart from your spam / junk / promotional folder. If you do not have access to your PayPal email address, please send a message using the contact form.
Q: When trying to purchase your product I only see a Paypal payment option?
A: That is correct. At the moment RealDrumSamples can only process orders via Paypal. However if you want to pay using a Credit Card you can simply create a Paypal account and link your credit card to your account. This way you can still pay with your credit card, but using Paypal as the payment processor.
